REFUND ON SUBSCRIPTION

Hello,

I would like to request a refund for the recent subscription made.

Deduction was made few minutes earlier. I have now turned off auto renewal, but I would like to cancel my subscription and get a full refund please.

I have tried to do this on my end but I cannot figure it out. I have already canceled my subscription after seeing the unauthorized deduction/transaction on my account.

Please see attached for the email I received as it also stated that I am eligible for refund. I'd appreciate if you could assist me with this as fast as possible. Thank you!

    You can follow the steps below to connect with Microsoft support, please also consult Microsoft online support for details:

    Contact Microsoft Support.

    1. Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type contact in the search box.
    3. Image
    4. Now click on Get Help and select Contact Support below.
    5. Go to the Products & Services tab and choose the Microsoft 365 & Office or Other Products category

    7. On the Category tab, choose Manage My Subscription or other alternatives.
    8. Go to Confirm.
    9. You can now choose the option to Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

    11. If it says Get Help from the Community, you can click again and repeat step 5.

    Please note: The chat support team only works at certain times, so if the last window says it's not available, try opening it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you.
