Authenticator app is not working

I cannot login to my account after having a new phone, Authenticator app is not working, not givig me the code.

Login screen doesn't offer my any other options to login.

I cannot reach support, bot is very unuseful.

I have business account.

Writing this from my other school account.

PLEASE HELP!

this is very frustrating.

    I managed to get to the point when AI agent diretc me to the online portal for support

    but I can't log ine there to get support.

    they don't offer me call with human agent.

    I cannot replicate this scenario.

    I tried to call to different countries, it seems they all have the same Ai system, all of them have same answers in different languages.

    This is my dialogue:

    - Authenticator app

    • What kind of product that you're using?

    -Microsoft 365 for business.

    -confirmed: Whether education account or ?

    • For business
    • Do you have the other administrator of your organization?
    • No.
    • Try to reset your password by checking the box forgot your password and call us back if you have more problems.

    END

    I tred 15 times, I just can't get to the human agent, this is insane!

    When you are facing MFA issue blocking your access to sole global admin account, the only way to recover your global administrator account is to call Microsoft Business Support global phone number and talk to the AI to direct you to the right support team. You may need to call within business hours. Also, you can try neighboring country or dial the United States support phone number if you unable to reach support in your country.

    Based on reports from community users, there are possibilities that the AI isn't smart enough to understand your speaking and fail to direct you to the support person. You may need to speak slowly and clearly to the AI. And some users may need to try multiple times to call and reach the right support team at the end. In this situation, be patient and try more times to reach out to the support team.
