    Hi Therence Valdez,

Thanks for your valuable feedback and sharing updates with us and I really appreciate your effort and your precious time doing.

And I appreciate your kind words.

It sounds like you are looking to create a sort of "container" for shapes that you can move as a group, but still allow for individual shapes to be copied and used elsewhere independently.

You can achieve this using grouping and potentially using a shape as a container instead of a text box:

    Create a Larger Container Shape:

Go to the Insert tab, click Shapes, and choose a rectangle shape that can act as a container. Resize this shape to fit all the smaller shapes you want to include. Insert the smaller shapes inside the larger shape.

    Group the Shapes:

Click the larger shape to select it. Hold down the Ctrl key and click each of the smaller shapes you want to include. With all shapes selected choose Group >Group. Now, when you click and drag the larger shape, all the smaller shapes will move with it automatically.

    For Copying Individual Shapes:

Click to select the grouped object.

Click again on the specific smaller shape inside the group.

Copy it using Ctrl+C and then paste it where needed in your report using Ctrl+V.

By grouping shapes in this way, you can manage a collection of objects.

Meanwhile, in this case, if you think my provided idea is helpful and you can understand my explanation and correct direction on this whole scenario, could you please use the feedback tool to send us feedback? (photo below).

    Hello Waqas,

Thanks for your response , control click works.

Here is what I want to so

    1. I want to collect shapes and put it inside the bigger box
    2. When i move the bigger box all shapes go with it without having to control click each one
    3. When im ready to use 1 shape for example, I can simply copy it and paste to my report

I have very little knowledge on this. Maybe you other ways to do this aside from textbox?

    Thanks

    Dear respected  Therence Valdez,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, you may use "Group" then together.

1.Select both shapes (usually a Control+Click on each works)

2.Now the two selected shapes>Choose Group from the Shape Format ribbon.

3.The two shapes can now be moved around as one.
