Sending Forms from a Specific Group

I would like to send Forms out from the security group I belong to, but when it's time to collect responses, my own picture and name are featured as the sender, and not from the security group which the form belongs to. Is the only workaround to copy and send the link from the group's outlook email? That takes away from the formatting of the invitation option, which is preferred.

    Dear Ajqg,

Yes, as the form creator is you, the link will be sent from you to other users by using the Outlook link feature in Microsoft Forms.

If you want to send it from a security group, you need to copy the link and send it from Outlook manually.

As our product developers are willing to listen to users' requirements, I suggest you send your feedback and pass on your suggestions to our new feedback platform mentioned in the following article so that product developers know your suggestions and feedback to improve the product.

Submit feedback for Microsoft 365 - Microsoft Community Center

Please note that the platform page will load after a while depending on the network environments.

You can also access the page as follows to submit feedback.

You can use a personal account or a Microsoft 365 work or school account to send feedback.

    Your understanding is greatly appreciated!

    Have a nice day!
