Window 10 Taskbar get hanged

We are facing an issue with window 10 installed on laptops, their taskbar gets hanged and removal of Microsoft Edges its working but a week it will be installed automatically and the same issues arise the taskbar freeze and hanged

    pls clear that weather updates and other window-related things like the app store used window edge for the latest updates.

    I already follow these steps noting work, as I told you after removing the Microsoft Edge laptop worked smoothly but after a week Microsoft edge install automatically and have to face the same issue on our network-connected laptops. same works fine at there home / home base interent.

    That's why I want to know doesn't require a full internet connection to update app store, weather updates as these are blocked by our Premeter firewall.
