    Dear Ahmad Makkawy,

Good day!! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

It seems like there was an issue with the site permissions for Plan 5 in Project Web App, and you need to restore the data to a specific date and time.

I'm afraid this issue needs to be investigated from the backend side via remote assistance and collect the background logs, help you restore data from back end.

As community support mainly focuses on general feature queries in PWA, I sincerely recommend that your Microsoft 365 admin, can follow the steps in this article to create a support ticket to contact Microsoft online support: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

The support team there has more permission than us, they can help you remotely and collect logs. They may also involve more resources to investigate the issue from the backend.

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have Microsoft 365 admin privileges.

Please accept my apologies for redirecting you to the related team support, as the moderators in this community have limited resources to verify the backend information and to get the quick and better assistance, we requested for this.

Your understanding and patience will be greatly appreciated. Have a great day!!

    Sincerely,
