Microsoft Authenticator configuration when using professional email on another company's sharing platform

I used my professional email to get access to a file sharing platform of another company. In my authenticator app, I had a separate entry with the name of the other company but my professional email. The sign-in number appeared there when logging into the sharing platform. Now I updated the authenticator app, and the entry is gone. How do I add it again? I have no QR code ad I cannot sign in with email because I used my professional email (for which a separate entry is present).

I moved this post from MS Access which is a database development application. Hopefully this forum will provide better support.
