    Hello Mohammed Remtulla**,**

Good day! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft community.

As per your description, it seems like that you are unable to access your Microsoft 365 admin account because you no longer have access to the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) setup. You have tried logging in, but since you don't have alternative authentication options, you cannot bypass MFA to access the admin page. You are looking for a way to reset MFA and regain control of your admin account.

As you know, alternative verification methods (such as a recovery email or phone number) can simplify the account recovery process and allow faster reauthentication, but the process/ navigation method depends on which type of app version/ license/ subscription you have. To better understand your issue, I need some addition information so that we can narrow down by working together.

Please correct me if I am wrong and I need your help on sending all the answers along with the data only via Private Message:

    • What's your affected user ID or domain?
    • May I know your affected account type and subscription/ license details?
    • Can you confirm that MFA is disabled in Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Conditional Access policies (if applicable)?
    • Are you the only global admin user or an end user?
    • Is there an IT administrator who manages your Microsoft 365 organization's tenant, who might be able to follow some instructions?
    • Do you have contact with any other global admin user of your organization to access the Microsoft 365 admin center?

Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thanks for choosing the MS community.

Looking forward to your response in the private message and have a great day ahead!!

    Sincerely
