One drive sharing

Why folder can’t access from one drive and open in browser

Edited: I would like to share One Drive folder from business account to external user(personal account)

But when I open with my personal account, message shown above in photo.

I prefer using One Drive app than Web for uploading file to this share folder.

    Thank you for posting your query in our community.

    YES, according to our test we get the same issue as you. We believe this function currently is not supported by mobile version of OneDrive. We get the same behavior on both of android and ISO mobile devices.

    This is our test results

    We share a file in our business OneDrive account and send the link using Email. When I click on the email link it opens up OneDrive and give the same error.

    • As a workaround you can sign into both Personal and business account to the OneDrive this will stop showing up the error message
