Hello,

On Thursday, February 13th, I purchased a Microsoft 365 Family subscription. I tried to pay using my PayPal account, which I’ve been using for years with Microsoft without any issues. However, I encountered a problem and had to pay with my debit card instead. About an hour later, I noticed two charges for the same subscription on my bank account. When I checked my Microsoft products, I saw only one Microsoft 365 subscription.

I request a refund for the extra charge.
