    Hello Hannah Gambrel

Thank you for posting in the community.

Based on the information you've shared, it seems you are facing an Authenticator issue where the verification code is not appearing in the app, preventing you from signing in to your school email account.

Since you are using an educational account, your institution's IT support team is the best resource for assistance. Educational accounts are managed by the school’s IT department, and Microsoft does not have direct access to modify settings or troubleshoot account-specific issues.

Your IT administrator will implement the steps outlined in the article to help you reset your authentication method. Once this is done, you should be able to receive the approval codes on your phone and regain access to your account.

I recommend reaching out to your institution’s IT help desk for further guidance. Be prepared to provide details such as your full name, student ID, school email address, and any error messages you’re encountering.

In the meantime, you may find the following resources helpful:

If you need further assistance with authentication, I also suggest posting your concern in the dedicated Microsoft Authenticator community: Ask a Question - Microsoft Authenticator - Microsoft Q&A.

Please note that as members of the community, we do not have access to user information or the tools necessary to assist you directly due to privacy limitations. However, we're here to help point you in the right direction and connect you with the right support channels where you can get the assistance you need.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Have a great day!!
