Product key redeemed....

Dear all,

I just purchased a subscription for Microsoft 365 Family and I received an e-mail with the product key and the following message: the product key was redeemed.

Error code: TakenAlreadyRedeemedByOtherMsa. What is the solution?

    Currently, the Microsoft 365 subscription you purchased is directly linked to your account, and does not provide a product key for redemption. You can log in to account.microsoft.com/services using the Microsoft account with which you made the purchase, to verify whether the subscription has been successfully registered and to check the validity of its expiration date.

    Should your subscription fail to appear, and if you wish to trace the origin of the product key you received, please promptly confirm the details with our online chat support. You may refer to the detailed steps outlined in this thread to contact them.
