annually double charged

Hello ,

I have microsoft 365 family and have been double charged.

Weirdly one in my bank account and other on my credit card.

I do have another hotmail account hotmail.com, however I don’t remember purchasing a microsoft 365 family using this email.

Can it be looked into please? I need to cancel one of the accounts an request refund.
