Planner - Copy Plan Missing

Good morning, The new Planner has been rolled out for us, a government entity. I can no longer copy my plans. I tried a work around I found on another thread ( https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/new-planner-copy-page/a02e9e8a-b244-48bd-8ae4-98941a9112ab) and it did not work. I have a group associated with my plan and I still do not have the copy plan option. I am not sure if I am missing a step. I was hoping this new planner would have kept the copy plan feature and upgraded it include a copy task as an option when copying a plan. I need some assistance since Planner is utilized by our HR department for on boarding and we can no longer copy our plans.

Thank you,

GMaes3

I noticed that the "Copy task" option disappeared over the last few weeks. It was there before as I used all the time to create a task similar or the same task for a new person or a new bucket. Can you please bring it back?

Regarding your current issue, we have recently received similar reports from users in this community about the copy plan option missing in the New Planner.

I have checked, and unfortunately, there is no service incident at the moment. Since this issue has affected multiple users, it could be a temporary server issue.
