Word and Office errors

i had this errors, 0xc000012f and then 0xc0000142, i tried everything, scan, update drivers, but nothing, everytime i try do something this errors appears, and i cant reinstall because the laptop is not mine and i don't have money

    when I click, it still gives the same error, and the control panel doesn't show anything, besides, I've already tried scannow and didn't worked either, i will record the screen and try submit

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Have you tried a full repair of the Office installation.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

    Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

    Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
