Authenticator Backup not restoring

There is already a existing Thread adressing this problem, but it has NEVER been solved.

Long story short:

Phone got stolen, forgot passwort

Somehow i managed to get logged into my acc again and i know FOR SURE i made a backup as i swapped my phone about 2-3 months ago already before it changed its owner without my permission. So i already got my taste of this login/authentication mess and now this...

Now after i click on "restore from backup" all it says is: "Unable to restore blah blah blah, your backup is not store with this email..." (sorry had to copy it from the other thread because i dont know the exact translation as i use it in german)

I need a solution! This backup contained my ms acc, Sony acc, Acc`s for governmental websites and so on!

    Thank you for your question in the forum.

    Ensure You're Using the Correct Microsoft Account

    If Microsoft Authenticator isn't recognizing your backup, first sign in into your account and remove your older two factor Authenticator and add new authenticator. I hope your issue will be resolved.

    What older 2fa? where? So i should log into the ms authenticator app without recovering the backup, then remove the older? 2fa in my microsoft profile? and after that add a new one? Like on the website or in the app?

    but the 2fa for my ms acc is working. Its creating one as i`m not recovering the backup.

    Sorry but i dont understand the exact steps to take...
