How to create VM from restore containter

Hello, I want to create VM from restore container, with specific OS and DATA .vhd that i have in that container, how to do it please ?

    Hello @adminServer2019 ,
    Can you try out the steps mentioned in the below document
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/create-vm-specialized-portal

    Once you create the VM using the OS VHD you can try adding the data VHD file
