CallRecords retrieval performance decrease

Hi,

We are using Graph API for getting call records.
/v1.0/communications/callRecords/{callId}?$expand=sessions($expand=segments)
And It sometimes slows down significantly. Can you please explain, why it has such large variations? Or what leads to a slowdown.

For example, on August 26-28th, the average download experience docs went up to 8 seconds (from about 800ms, so it’s a factor of 10x as much!). Attaching statistics for last week from azure AppInsights. We are logging retrieval time, so these statistics tell about API average request time.
