Help needed with SharePoint List Flow

Question

Im trying to create a flow between 2 sharepoint lists. On list 1, there is a field called Current Employee with yes/no option. If Yes is chosen, want flow to populate list 2 with fields from list 1. All the fields below are on both lists. If the criteria is true, where current employee is marked as yes, i want it to delete from list 1 as well.

Fields to come from list 1:
Employee Name
Role
Direct Manager
Current Employee
Hire Date

Is this possible. I seem to be struggling on this.

Then create the second flow as following pictures show.
