Customize Keyboard Shortcuts

My Excel doesn't give me an option to customize my keyboard shortcuts. Do you know how I can do this? Were it should say Keyboard Shortcuts under the customize ribbon, mine doesnt give me this option.

    Unlike Word, Excel does not provide a built-in way to assign custom keyboard shortcuts.

    You can, however, assign a keyboard shortcut to a macro, so create a macro that performs the action that you want. If you create the macro in your personal macro workbook PERSONAL.XLSB, it will be available in all workbooks.

    The first screenshot is from Microsoft Word, not from Excel - look at the title bar: it says Word Options.
