I need to activate free trail Premium P2 free trial but I d not know where to do it from. Can someone tell me

If you have access to the free Azure AD Premium P2, go to the Directory + subscription filter > select the correct Azure Active Directory tenant. Then go to Azure Active Directory > Licenses > Overview. In the top right under "Quick tasks" select "Get a free trial." Select Azure AD Premium P2 and select Activate.

after activating free trial of Premium P2 how do we change default license Azure AD free to Azure Premium P2?
I activated the Free trial for AD Premium P2 but when I go to password reset it still asks me to activate premium P2 and when I try from their it shows It is already active. Please help for this error

You need to make sure you are signed into the tenant that has that licensed assigned and have met the prerequisites:
A working Azure AD tenant with at least an Azure AD Premium P1 or P2 trial license enabled.
An account with global administrator privileges.
Azure AD configured for self-service password reset.
An existing on-premises AD DS environment configured with a current version of Azure AD Connect.
If needed, configure Azure AD Connect using the Express or Custom settings.
To use Password Writeback, your Domain Controllers must be Windows Server 2008 R2 or later.

Will not recognise my password when clicking the blue "Start your trial >" button in the e-mail with this link:
I assume it is because you assume this is a work account, which it is not. It is my developer account.
