Internet is fast after a clean install of Windows 10, but Internet is slow after applying a network reset

    Hello,

    Thank you for your question.

    Additionally

    1. Please try to ping your router or gateway ip when it becomes slow , and notice if there are drops or latency.
    2. Please run disk cleanup and select system and OS files as well which should cleanup cache and temp files of windows updates.
    3. If you have Antivirus, please try disable for temporary.
    4. Please try to give new client ip on your PC and also try to access Internet from Incognito or private mode.

    Please run Network Adapter troubleshooter from Settings app > Update & security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.
