I need help to access to my security page because i am blocked by the authenticator...

    Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I will do my best to assist you in this situation. I understand that you are being blocked to login to the security info page.

    May I know if you are a Global Administrator of your company and is there any other Global Administrator that you can reach out to? If there is, please reach out to your IT admin for assistance in re-registering Microsoft Authenticator app.

    In case if you are the only admin, please reach out to our Global Customer Service phone to raise a request for resetting your authentication method: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
