Hi,

I have m365 subscription to evaluate SharePoint online.

I purchased 2 Sharepoint licenses and assigned them to previously created users:

  • first is Global Administrator
  • second is regular user

Both have Sharepoint app turned on:

Issue occurs for both of above mentioned users.

Both of them can login to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ and see the SharePoint application.

But when clicking the SharePoint application, new tab opens with error:

This page isn’t working

m365.cloud.microsoft redirected you too many times.

Am I missing some settings or configuration to access the SharePoint app?
