We would like to inform you that last week, we experienced a backend incident that affected access to the SharePoint application via https://m365.cloud.microsoft. Our engineering team has since resolved the issue, and the service is now functioning as expected.
If you are still encountering the error message:
“This page isn’t working – m365.cloud.microsoft redirected you too many times”
…it is likely due to outdated or conflicting cookies stored in your browser. We recommend clearing cookies for this site and trying again.
Below are the steps to clear cookies in Safari on macOS:
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari in the top menu bar, then select Settings (or Preferences).
- Go to the Privacy tab.
- Click Manage Website Data…
- In the search bar, type m365.cloud.microsoft
- Select the site and click Remove.
- Click Done, then refresh the page or restart Safari.
For Google Chrome:
- Go to the site: https://m365.cloud.microsoft
- Click the lock icon 🔒 in the address bar.
- Select "Cookies and site data" or "Site settings".
- Click "Clear data" or "Remove" next to cookies and site data.
- Refresh the page or restart the browser.
