Why is my pricing tier always blank?

I am trying to create a resource for using Bing Search v7, but the Pricing Tier is always blank. Because of this I cannot create a resource.

    Ok I saw someone mentioned try using Firefox and it worked. I opened Azure Portal through Firefox browser, went to create resource, and now I can find the pricing tier.

    Go to Subscriptions > Select Your Subscription > Resource Providers > Search for Microsoft.Bing

    It will show as unregistered. Select it and then click Register in the top menu
