M365 Apps in Citrix VDI unable to sign in 58tm error code - intermittantly

Need your help.
All office 365 Apps affected. set up consists - FSlogix + O365+ Citrix non persistance VDI, + win11 OS
We do have teams installed inside VDI however its been blocked for sign in.

rarely sometimes when logged out of all office apps and trying to login we also get this error CAA90049 , once close the box , it works fine however next day it comes back again.
On laptop, it works on browser as well as Apps
inside VDI - only works on browser , Apps having issues.
No matter what issues stays!!
