Could you please provide some more details on what you are looking for? Are you looking for WAF monitor logs to find out the originating Client IP of the request? This is not tracked on the log itself, your best bet is to look at the Azure Activity log to view who performed the update. It might be difficult to tie who performed an update to the exact rule.
