Win 10 enterprise Error LiveKernelEvent 144

I have win 10 enterprise LTSC and it just freeze up nothing works keyboard mouse and I found this following error.

I tried uninstall and install graphic card driver and my win 10 is up to date and also clean formatted and check the issue. after full format it works same!! same issue with other 5 system!!!

    Please detach all devices connected to USB ports including drives.

    Use the computer for as long as possible to confirm that the problem is related to an attached USB device.

    The longer the testing time period the better the testing environment.

    Use the reliability monitor to monitor computer stability / instability.
