Remote Desktop to normal pc is taking long time, before credentials screens appear.

After last week we noticed that it take a long time (5 to 6 minutes) before the credential screen appears. We have this problem on all W10 versions of our desktop clients. We have clients who login with RDP to take over their desktop at the office, so they can work. But since last week we're having a problem that after trying to connect it takes a long time, before the credential prompts comes. This happens only when a user is not a local admin, if your a local admin. The credential screen popups instant. What can cause this problem?

    We found out, the problem persist in the credential manager. This is taking a long time before popping up to enter your username or password. Anyone experience the same problem?
