Where can I download Office LTSC Professional Plus 2024?

I've entered the key here https://setup.office.com/

Clicked "Redeem" and selected "Download 64 bit". But it showed "Service Unavailable. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later."? Is there anything wrong or just Microsoft's issues? When will this get resolved? Thank you.
