Troubleshoot problems syncing OneDrive

I can't sync my onenote on. your ac but have all my onenote on my iPhone.

    Hi Edward,

    Thank you for using Microsoft products and making community posts.

    It sounds like your OneNote isn’t syncing properly on your account but is working fine on your iPhone. Don't worry I will be helping you with this following steps:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection – Ensure your Mac is connected to a stable network.
    2. Manually Sync OneNote – Open OneNote, go to File > Sync All Notebooks, or try syncing each notebook individually.
    3. Sign Out & Sign In Again
      • Go to OneNote > Settings > Accounts on Mac.
      • Sign out of your Microsoft account.
      • Restart your Mac.
      • Sign back in and try syncing again.
    4. Check OneDrive Storage – If OneDrive is full, syncing won’t work. Visit OneDrive Storage and check if you have available space.
    5. Update OneNote & OneDrive – Open the Mac App Store and check if there are any updates for OneNote or OneDrive.
