I cannot access Visual Creator not showing in my Micrsoft 365 copilot application, it doesn't show up, how can I get it to be in application?

I have tried to find where the Visual Creator tab is on my application, but cannot find it, what steps do I need to take to get it, please?

    The Access in this forum's title refers to Microsoft Access the database platform. I suggest finding a Visual Creator forum.
