EOP quarantined "Submit Message" [Error]

From the EOP quarantine I am trying the option "Submit Message" but I am receiving every time the error below.
Is this a Microsoft temporary limitation or I should check something from my side?

I would wait and try later or try a different browser or use the browser in incognito mode
