Multiple owa Access
I have 3 domain (let's call a.com, b.com, c.com) on Exchange Server 2016 and want to create multiple owa access for these different domain users. (like mail.a.com/owa, mail.b.com/owa, mail.c.com/owa)
Currently my default owa address is https://servername/owa. I tried the following articles and created iis sites and virtual directories for each one. I can't connect any of these owa addresses I mentioned above.
How can I configure correctly this setup?
Hi @Fatih Demir
Can you access OWA using the owa addresses from internal?
If not either, what is the detailed error message in browser?
And just in case, have you created the corresponding DNS records?
I can access owa using only https://servername/owa internally. What should I do for access with https://mail.a.com/owa ?
I created A, CNAME, TXT etc. records on DNS.
If you use https://mail.a.com/owa to access from internal, what is the detailed error message in browser?
For example, did it show the site is untrusted?
It says can't reach this page.
If you do a ping test on the client device, can the urls (https://mail.a.com/owa) be resolved correctly?
And if using the ip address binding in IIS to access OWA directly, would it still fail?
I can't ping to https://mail.a.com/owa but I can ping servername.local.
How should I change main owa address to https://mail.a.com/owa and add another owa addresses for b and c domains?
If you have added the correspond records in internal and external DNS server, you should be able to resolve the address (mail.a.com) via ping.
If you followed the links, you should have created additional sites and add additional ip addresses or ports for clients to access.
And the cause of not able to access the urls may possibly be the clients cannot resolve them correctly(mail.a.com,mail.b.com,mail.c.com)
Hi @Fatih Demir
