Hi,

Is there a problem with the cluster configuration if one of the 2 nodes cluster communicates with other devices using the cluster IP with its own DNS Name instead of the cluster DNS name?

    Hello @create share

Yes, this is possible and should not have any issue. This is usually what is mentioned as "Headless cluster" when nodes communicate without a Cluster DNS name between them.

However, I would keep an eye on the Event Viewer to see if there is any warnings that may hint any future unexpected issue.

Hope this helps with your query,
    Best regards,
