Hi,

I have a monthly charge on my credit card, that i don't recognize by the name "Microsoft Subscribe Falli".

I checked my Microsoft account and there are no bills and no subscriptions, how can i get a refund and cancel these charges?

Thank you,

    Hello Hila,

I'm Yve, an Independent Advisor with the Microsoft Community.

Do you have more than one Microsoft account? Is it possible that someone else used your card to make a Microsoft purchase?

Since you’ve already checked your Microsoft account and don’t see any subscriptions or bills, the next step is to use the “Investigate” option on the Manage your payments page in your Microsoft account. This tool helps you find all charges made with your payment method, even if they were made from another Microsoft account.

    Here’s what to do next:

    1. Use the "Investigate" Tool:

-Go to the Manage your payments page in your Microsoft account.

    • Look for the "Investigate" option next to the charge. This helps identify any Microsoft charges made with your card, even from a different account.
    1. Found the Account?
    • If the charge is linked to your Microsoft account or someone you know who authorized the purchase, you can request a refund directly through your Microsoft account’s Order history or Subscriptions page. Please note that refunds are subject to Microsoft’s refund policies and the type of purchase.
    1. Don’t Recognize It?
    • If the charge or account looks unfamiliar, contact your bank to report it as unauthorized. They can block future charges and assist with a refund if possible.
    1. Still Need Help?
    • You can reach out to Microsoft Support. They will help identify where the charge came from and assist with canceling any active subscriptions.

Hope this was helpful. Let me know if you've tried this already, I'd be happy to help with next steps too.

    Best regards,

    Yve
