Use a different browser than IE for SharePoint 2013's Slide Library features?

We use the Slide Library features that include "Copy Slide to Presentation." Our SharePoint SMEs say that feature only works in Internet Explorer, and indeed when I click it, it tells me so.

Is there a way to enable that functionality on other modern browsers?

Due to design limitation in SharePoint 2013, the Slide libraries are no longer available. This feature is depreciated, even you access the feature by url hack but looks like it is not worth. For more information, please see the "Discontinued features and modified functionality in Microsoft SharePoint 2013".

Based on my research, we could not enable "Copy Slide to Presentation" feature on other modern browsers, it is by design. This feature requires Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later.
