Conditional formatting only applying to first cell in range. How is this fixed please?

Hi, how to I get the format into the full row A2 to F2 please. I have tried removing the absolutes but excel just puts them back in which is going to be a problem when I copy the formula into the next rows? Please can you help?

    Change the formula for the rule to =$F2="YES"

    Use this formula:

    =$F2 = "Yes"
