The limit for M365 basic plans is 1TB, you cannot increase it further. If you need more storage, assign a "premium" license to the user, anything that contains "Plan 2" will do: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/compare-onedrive-plans?rtc=1&activetab=tab:primaryr2

Dears,
the below also is mentionned:
"Microsoft will initially provide 1 TB/user of OneDrive for Business storage, which admins can increase to 5 TB/user."
what do they mean by that?
and this too: *Unlimited individual cloud storage for qualifying plans for subscriptions of five or more users, otherwise 1 TB/user
from what i can understand is that unlimited storage is for qualifying plans but 5tb is eligible for all.
anyone can clear the matter?
thanks
Elio
