Unauthorized charges

Someone charged my account for Microsoft store for 22.06 early this money and I’m not aware of it what so ever I was able to see it come through this morning late night about 1200 o’clock am and I had to wait until the charge had completed in order to reach out to someone I’m just requesting for my money back thanks

    they charged it to my PayPal account and the Investigate only works with credit cards... where do I go now?
