MS Forms Access Issue

I am the creator of (2) active MS Forms surveys that was distributed to a large number of recipients with a response deadline of May 15th. However, I am currently unable to access the responses due to a technical issue that states, “Your organization has not enabled Microsoft Forms for your current account.” per the attached screenshot.
Noting that Microsoft Forms is the only channel I have set up to collect these responses and while I am receiving response notifications via email, I currently have no visibility into the actual data being submitted.
I realize that this is due to an internal system configuration issue but given the approaching deadline and the importance of this data, I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this access issue.

Dear Deema, Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you. For resolving Forms access issue, please kindly refer the following document to check the options:
Turn off or turn on Microsoft Forms - Microsoft Forms Admin | Microsoft Learn

    1. Please kindly confirm whether you have assigned a license that includes Forms.
Microsoft 365 admin center -  Users  -  Active users - choose the user  - license and apps - confirm forms has been checked

If you already assigned license but still cannot access Forms, please check org settings is step 2.

    1. By default, Microsoft Forms is turned on for everyone in your organization.
Please kindly double confirm the following settings:
Microsoft Entra admin center  - applications - enterprise applications - search for Microsoft Forms

Properties - enabled for users to sign-in  - Yes

Note: If you’re an end-user, please coordinate with your Office 365 Global Administrator to handle these steps. Thank you for choosing Microsoft Community!

    Best regards,
