How can I disable the Chart Elements, Chart Styles, and Chart Filters buttons that appear in the upper-right corner next to a chart in Excel?

I want to Disable the Quick button display next to the chart at Upper right corner. Please refer to the attached Image for your Ref.

    The only way it to protect the sheet so you can not edit the chart object anymore.

    I have tried that option too. But by doing that It is also restrict the selection of the chart.

    So Is there any other options?
