Duvida backup bare-metal

Bom dia pessoal

Vocês poderiam tirar uma duvida, tenho um servidor com windows server 2019 STD instalado tudo rodando normal, o pessoal esta trabalhando normalmente também, a duvida é, gostaria de fazer um backup único modo bare-metal, posso fazer esse tipo de backup com o pessoal trabalhando, ou pra fazer esse tipo de backup tem que todo mundo para de trabalhar pra eu poder fazer o backup?
