What is going on with the tech support at Microsoft? Last night they did something to my laptop whilst i was on the chat which shutdown my computer and then i lost them. They did not even say this was going to happen so i had no way of contacting them. They then sent me an email saying they lost me when it was them that cut me off. I tried to contact them again and now the chat wont even work instead they say they will call me back and so far no return calls. The tech support have stuffed up my calendar.

Basically, I can't get back to Bing Chat, without it forcing me to use Copilot. I've tried tons of links, but none of them work.

i still cannot get into my account and now someone called ION has emailed on my new dummy email saying he has permantly suspended my account. This is not good enough and I have legal documents in there i need to have access too as i am a power of attorney.

Can I ask what kind of license do you have and how did you contact Microsoft support?
This is just to check if they are genuine support agents. There are many firms impersonating support channels for Microsoft, adobe, amazon etc.
As far as I know the genuine support agents do not have the ability to make changes on your lap top. Only to view, with your express permission.
