Problem when opening PDF Files in app from sharepoint

Hellow fellas.. can ya help me please...

i got counter issues when using sharepoint.. i wanna open the pdf file from sharepoint using "open in app" mode, then the file wont open from my pdf desktop app (im using adobe acrobat DC).

as i see on my onedrive app, the status always stuck in "your files are synced" and showing load icon.

please tell me any solution about this problem.. I have re-installed oneDrive app and it doesnt help.

    Hi Mohammad,

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community Support.

    According to this issue, may I know if you have tried to reset your OneDrive?

    You could follow this article: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support to reset your OneDrive.

    Additionally, please also search for Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credential and delete the Microsoft_OneDrive_Cookies....

    After that, you could try to sign-in again and sync from SharePoint to see if it could fix the issue.

    Let me know once you have any updates.

    Hello Austin..

    ahh sorry.. im forgot, i have been try it too to reset the OneDrive app with run app "C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\OneDrive.exe /reset" but still cant help the problem..

    and very thank for additional step to clear the credentials.. ill try that.. and will update asap after i try it.

    Please help me to quit OneDrive before proceeding to do all of the steps above.

    Please make sure that after resetting OneDrive, when you open OneDrive application, you will need sign-in and authenticate yourself.

    Hello, ive been try before closing the onedrive app it doesnt help.. but when i try to unlink my account and quit the onedrive app then reset the onedrive.. then show notification about "Sorry, we were unable to reset the state of onedrive. Please wait 1 minute and then try again."

    ive been waiting 1 minutes or later it still showing the same notification

    any suggestion please ?
