According to this issue, may I know if you have tried to reset your OneDrive?
You could follow this article: Reset OneDrive - Microsoft Support to reset your OneDrive.
Additionally, please also search for Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credential and delete the Microsoft_OneDrive_Cookies....
After that, you could try to sign-in again and sync from SharePoint to see if it could fix the issue.
