I have been trying to sign into my work app to clock in and out & it keeps having me use a code but my authenticator app won’t show me a code and i’m not sure on what to do! nothing pops up or works or anything & i don’t have the option for it to send a code to my phone number either.

    Dear Sydnee,

Good day and welcome to the community. Good day and welcome to the community. If you have other administrators in your organization, you could ask them to sign in to the admin center > Users > Active user > to manage your MFA settings.

If you are the only admin of your organization and have completely locked out of the admin center, the only option left would be open a Microsoft Support Case.
You can find the Support Phone Numbers here:

Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

If you still cannot reach an agent through the link above, there is still a workaround, you can create a new business account with free trial to allow yourself raise a support ticket, there you could provide your current account details. Ask the agent to escalate this issue for a temporary login.

    I hope this can help!

    Best Regards,
Mia - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.
