Good day everybody,

to solve an acute customer request I need a HotFix for Windows Server 2008 R2 in connection with remote desktop sessions. This enabled the user to manually scale the display in the RDP session to at least 125%.

In the past, such a hotfix was published in support article 2726399 and apparently again later in article 2749655.

This hotfix is now displayed as "no longer available". Is there still a way to get it somewhere again?

An upgrade of the server is unfortunately out of the question, since it provides the customer with an application that could no longer run on later operating systems.

Thank you in advance for your answers and best regards!

Looking at the file version info here
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2726399/you-cannot-change-the-dpi-setting-through-a-remote-desktop-session-on
its likely the hotfix has been superseded. You can check this by comparing the file version on your system with those listed in the KB. If you found higher versions then the hotfix would no longer be applicable.
