Wrong Time Zone in Programs

In almost every program I'm attempting to use, it's not showing my correct Time Zone in the dropdown. When I go to the Microsoft settings, it is showing it correctly but yet in programs like Zoom when trying to schedule a meeting or even setting up a Microsoft Advertising account, it's showing me as in GMT time zone and I"m in EST. How can I correct this.
