Access Design view break when scrolling on separate monitor

Question

I've had this issue in access design view for some months and so far I have had no help from my IT team or searches through the internet to fix it. Anytime I enter the design view in access and I open the program on a separate monitor from my laptop screen the page breaks anytime I try to scroll up or down. This makes working on large forms very difficult as I am stuck with the constraint of my laptop screen. I have opened access on several monitors as well and it's been the same issue.

Has anyone seen this issue before and knows how to fix it? My guess would be some display setting that is causing this but I've had no luck in finding it.
