When using an RDP connection or opening a admin share the security warning dialog box gets hidden and we need to wait 5 minutes before the dialog box appears. This happens everytime a security warning needs to pop-up. Whe already did a sfc /scannow, the DISM option, etc. What could cause this problem?
Just to verify , this doesn't happen when you are using the system directly and is only happens when you remotely connect to them?

Have you check the event viewer to see if there is any relevant log files?
yes, your correct, this only happens when connecting remotly. It looks like the credential manager is having some problems. But I didn't find any solution yet.
